After last year’s gathering of 2,200+ attendees from more than 800 companies across 30 countries, it’s clear to us that Music Biz’s community is growing beyond the roots we’ve established in Nashville over the past 10 years. We’re excited to bring the Annual Music Biz Conference to Atlanta at the Renaissance Waverly hotel from May 12 – 15, 2025!

Bringing our Annual Conference across the country was an important part of the Association’s first 50 years, as we held our event in more than 15 cities before booking long-term residencies in Los Angeles and Nashville starting in 2011. Hosting events in our traveling Music Biz Roadshow series over the last two years has brought us back to our roots, exploring vibrant music cities all over the U.S. to learn from & network with local professionals. In the spirit of our work to foster community & collaboration across all areas of our industry, this felt like the right time to begin bringing our flagship event to those communities and beyond!
In addition, the Music Biz Conference continues to grow annually, and now welcomes more than 2,300 global music professionals each year. Bringing the event to new host cities also allows us to grow our event space and introduce even more companies to our community.
The best part about Music Biz 2025? We’ll be utilizing most of the rooms and all of the meeting space at the Renaissance Waverly, meaning virtually EVERYONE staying at the hotel during Music Biz week will be a Music Biz 2025 attendee!
Next year’s venue, the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel, is a short ride from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It is located near Braves Stadium (Truist Park) and The Battery Atlanta, home to 20+ restaurants, 10+ shops and much more!
